I would have hit MC M or W and left it at the bottom of the stairs if the customer wouldn't help. Some people are real pieces of work.

Ups is going to wind up in some kind of class action law suit for not supplying drivers with the proper equipment to deliver the freight they force upon us.

Reminds me of a time when a guy complained about his box falling into the garage when he opened the door so the next time I was there I laid it down and he ran over it. Can’t win..... oh well

If you gonna block the garage, make sure you can block the whole thing...
