Maybe it's time to change our representatives?

I like you wide load but now you see some of the stuff you used to post. As soon as you're not part of the status quo you're labeled TDU.

Ignore it my friend.
You are right. The only thing that’s rewarding is seeing these guys so defensive when they know their whole world is getting swallow and in two short years there will be a new administration with someone that will actually fight for members.

This change has been coming for a very long time. You've just recently joined it. I hope it's for the better because I honestly don't know. I like Sean but barely know the man. I feel he's using TDU to get his name out there across the country. As much as he's a well known name in the east, maybe 10% of the people in the west know him.

I hope he cuts ties with TDU right away (which I think he will) but when that happens you'll be here with TonyQ fighting the same fight. That's just how politics are, in my opinion.

Ya know, you are far superior in intelligence than most on here. I’ll leave it at that.

There are people fighting for you. The people you think will go in there have lied to us.

Why would we want them in that office in the first place.

The facts are out there - everyone just seems to overlook them and focus energy on the propaganda online.

There’s no longer TDU or OZ

There is T’DUZ. “Tuh”-DUZ

As in the people that have no real solutions or arguments other than the current offer sucks and vote no.

You get one crack at the finance pie. If you want full time pay, go full time. Part time money is wrapped up in the auxiliary benefits.

Everyone wants to bitch about elevating all of the incoming part time folks. That’s how it works in the package classifications. One top rate. The part timers seem to be out for their own gain and have been successful in building a career out of making too much money to go full time.

Wake the :censored2: up you socialist mother :censored2:ers

For the record I like Fred. I can’t stand Tdu or Hoffa. Sean has disappointed me a great deal as Fred has. Fred did not need Sean nor did Sean near Fred. It’s an unholy alliance.

Sean O’Brien has sealed his electable fate by giving the company the concession of part time feeder drivers, the most lucrative job in the union.

With that alone he is really screwed

Nobody cares what you have to say. You’ve deep throated this contract long enough.

Wow, what a maroon. If you’re assuming the current people that negotiated this :censored2: contract are fighting for us, they have been asleep at the wheel with no real fight in them. This contract was negotiated behind closed doors.

How? You’re getting over $10 in new money to your hourly rate, and health and welfare.

8 hour days adjusted, not granted. They fixed it and if you don’t get it ... you get the penalty and another day.

9.5 - 12 month period to execute the language of meeting with the district labor manager. Read that section. Sure most people skipped the significance of that if they truely want relief and not the free money.

Sleeper Teams - $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Triple time for supervisors working after three times.

What am I missing? Those are all significant. Part-timers will be buying 50k trucks from that if they know how to file a grievance

Read it all. There will be zero change in a meeting with the district labor manager. Zero! Compensation is only 25 cents more than last contract. Already had that 8 system here in east. 9.5 is a 10 month period. Not 12. And don’t forget, we get 25% more ground drivers and $6 less an hour and zero catch up raise for our current PTers. Taylor should have read the proposals.

9.5 is a 10 month period but the language for that meeting is a calendar year for the qualifying events.

Have you done it?

I would be curious to see your settlement

The less rate 22.4 is a hard sell. But the reality is the company is getting the slightly cheaper employee to do the less profitable weekend work that they’ll have to schedule odd hours the three or four days they work in the week.

If the 22.4 driver reduces the overtime of the RPCD then Denis Taylornis guilty of delivering exactly what you all asked for.

The 22.4 guy is like the majority of the 1-4 year drivers now that don’t have 9.5 protections except on rare occasions of having bid routes etc

Is Taylor also guilty when RPCD’s start getting laid off on Monday?
Why wouldn’t they have the after 4 year language for the 22.4’s then?
