More warning letters

I am pretty close for holding record for warning letters, 1,3,5 and working terminations(2) in the last month. When they take my route out, I am utility and need help with new route everytime. from not bending my legs all the way,not using handrail ,delivering a saver late on account a manager met me on the route and was talking to me. I told him I had a saver to deliver. He claimed he let me go at 1455. That is total bogus.Any advice out there?
