I know I've only worked at UPS for a few weeks but it seems that they say one thing but want another. "Walk briskly" = run, but for the love of God don't fall on your face and cost us thousands of dollars in insurance payouts. "3 points of contact" = Get out of the truck as quickly as possible, but for the love of God don't hurt yourself and cost us thousands of dollars in insurance payouts.
