How many frames would you need to make one that big? Certainly there is not that much "overhead" to make it animated.

I was talking about avatars. But I think all uploads are limited to 10 mb now.

And how big is your current avatar? Either it is 3mbs, or you are running photoshop in your avatar. That is a lot of overhead.

I haven't seen anything to indicated that there are plans to include the ratings functionality in the app. The app and ratings system were purchased from 2 different developers so they would have to work together to accomplish that.

I will let them both know that there is interest in adding the full ratings into the app. The rest is up to them.
