When they force you to help another driver when you really needed to be home do NOT slam the DIAD on the group like a professional football player who just made the super bowl winning touchdown. The display doesn't like that.

When I got to end of day pick up tags. I scanned the tag, signed my initials, # of packages and time, then what? Another time I kept pressing wrong buttons.

You say not to slam the diad on a group. A group of what? Musicians? Dancers? Wrestlers?

You stick the stylus in a small reset button on the bottom of the DIAD.
