New user from Canada

Hi everybody,

I'm new to this site and think it's great. I love reading about the UPS world from all over. I work in the Training and Communications department of UPS Canada. I'm responsible for writing up communications that go to the Customer Service centres here in Canada.

I've now been at UPS for 6 years. I have to say that I feel for the UPS drivers and package centre employees. I can't imagine how tough that job can be sometimes.

Anyway, hope to chat with some other UPSers sometime in the near future.
