I focus on the company and not the internal fighting. People like this are going to exist regardless. They usually run in small groups. Is it annoying? Yes. But we should all focus on the goal.

These people in these small groups then typically don't realize or consider that they have no following and run for local union positions and get beat by ridiculously large margins, then claim they were "attacked" and mistreated by the incumbent slate.
