Lots of new drivers

Unfortunately, it took five years for us to figure out they would never use them the way they should be now they’re using them as regular drivers.

But it’s more than that. The union and company had no idea a “pandemic” was going to happen. That said how was the union going to know that they would push this volume to Saturday and have this many routes. I’ve said this before they would have had to hire over 100 more RPCD’s to keep the 25 percent 22.4 ratio with the amount of Saturday routes in my building. Kudos to the business agents who waived it etc for the sake of the members and if they get rid of them that’s a win win! But I just look at this situation and say how the hell are they going come to agreement over this!

The Saturday it should be very easy fix

Use a 22.4 drivers like you advertise it being a combo flex job
With them coming unload for a couple hours and go deliver for a couple hours and quit stealing all of Monday's work to balance out Saturday
It's not that hard
