ARTICLE 12-HOURS OF WORK

Section 7

Each full-time employee put to work shall have a daily guarantee of
eight (8) hours of work. Any full-time employee reporting to work
and not put to work shall receive six (6) hours’ guarantee. The guarantee
may be broken by request of the employee using the appropriate
company code.

If you come in to work and they don't work you here its 8 guaranteed. It never happens because they just ask if somebody whose route that driver knows will want to go home. They made a 223 driver sweep the trailers when they had no air for him to run and he wanted his 8. They let a driver go home and get paid for the day then someone's head will roll in management. Big no-no.
