Drama: worker (A) throws worker (B) under bus cause someone threw worker (A) friend worker (C) under the bus. Worker (A) friend (C) screwed up. worker B does the same screw up but does not get disciplined by management. I thought teamsters don't throw teamsters under the bus. Supe didn't even have the guts to tell me to speed up or put boxes label up I made the sorters life hell because they are scared of mgmt putting pressure on me and that attitude spreads and then everyone is pissed and in a rush

Being forced to wrap up isn't really a punishment unless you had explicit plans and get cut last after asking for first cut. Idk what to do I feel like I'm the only one w balls besides a select few coworkers when I'm with them

I will never throw a fellow teamster under the mgmt bus but if I catch them slacking and relying on someone else holding it down I will call them out personally for being slefish and taking advantage

And that's why I will call them out on front of my brothers if I can just have a couple stand up with me others will realize they can't stop us all from uniting and bullying us outside of the contract
