How long did it take to see thru some of the dark side of management's tactics till you became fully in control of what you know and do on a daily basis?

    6 months?
    1 year?
    2 years?

You don't even have to be a driver to see through their "politics"

How would anyone (other than the gutless and the suckasses) disagree with the OP's question?

    To answer the question.....

I'm still learning. The full extent of the amount of their tactics is unmeasurable. But it only took a few years for me to gain control. It was the moment I stopped caring.

Yes. It's easy. Stick with what you know and don't worry or care about the rest.
