One earbud while driving

Yeah exactly like who would just flat out be like, “yeah I had an earbud in for music”.

No one. But if there was a witness at the accident and you are known to wear one all the time...not doing yourself any favors is all I’m saying.

When I shuttled air I used one of those bluetooth sets with the part that goes around your neck and it even had noise cancelling. Always made sure it was put away upon leaving or arriving at the center. I also had this method where I hooked the bud cords over my sunglasses and you couldn't even tell I had them on if you saw me through the truck window.

We've never had a problem. Article 18 section 8.1 says you can use a bluetooth in one ear as long as its permitted in the state/federal law.

In my state, we are allowed one ear bud. I personally use it. Never been an issue. We have directly been spoken to, at pcm, that wearing two is illegal, but we may wear one. Its also good for phone calls too. Almost everyone in my building wears one. Some use a radio, but we have shady areas that it would disappear quick.

? What’s to stop the driver who has an accident from pulling said ear piece out and immediately putting it away?
