Just wondering if any of you guys/gals have drivers that have an accommodation to ONLY drive automatic package cars for actual legitimate medical reasons and if so, than what are the reasons?
Now I've heard everything
Left leg or right arm problems?
Since when does UPS let someone drive who isn't 100% ?
They quit doing road tests in manuals during peak season around here because they were having problems getting people to passSince when does UPS let someone drive who isn't 100% ?
Damn---you just never know around here

Left leg or right arm problems?
Such a pressing question that you had to ask it twice?
Left leg or right arm problems?
1 driver is a left hip
1 driver is a knee
The one asking is for a neuroma in the foot.
That's what I thought, but we also have two drivers on FMLA that work less than 8 each day.UPS must be relaxing the rules. A driver had to be 100% back when.

It used to be they had trouble keeping part time. Now it sounds like they are doing anything to keep drivers. The place is going to hell.
