If you are getting close there is a form " UPS Pension Processing Form" That will give you your accrual and options (there are many) .Just need to check the correct box on the form.

I believe in the master they gave the years service credit to time worked prior to 21 years of age two contracts ago in 2008.
That contract changed from not accepting service credit prior to 25 down to 21. The part time pension is actually part of the contract that has gotten better over the last 2 contracts. It would be nice to push for the whole elimination of the age requirement on the next contract.

You become a participant in the plan at age 21. Once you are a participant you service/vesting credit is calculated from your hire date.

To keep it simple you do get credit for the years before age 21.
