Who do i talk to? for some reason im paying an IL state tax and a MI state tax. would me having worked for UPS in MI ten yrs ago have anything to do with this?
The explanation is simple. In an attempt to gain resources to rebuild Detroit, the state of Michigan has invaded Illinois. They are now double-taxing its residents.
