Pay Raise

I started working at UPS in March 2015. I was wondering if I am supposed to already got any raises since I have been here for almost 2 years. I have only got .50 cents added to my starting wage.

$.50 and 50 cents are not the same as .50 cents.

Your next raise will be on 8/1.

Sounds like you made seniority in April then so your next raise would be in April.

Btw you may want to find your steward and introduce yourself.

You'll get another $0.50 on your hire date in March, and $1.00 next year. If you want more than that, you'll need to get yourself into a "skilled" position.
