Good thing I wore my brown pants
At this point it is no longer a fair days work, which is what we're required to give. And only give a fair days work for fair days pay. Once the language starts talking about penalty pay, that goes beyond the scope of fairness. If you've reached the special meeting for 4x pay, then you've absolutely crossed the bounds of a fair days work for fair days pay.
Once 9.5 hits I no longer provide a fair working day, as I'm not required to. 3x normal parade is not a fair pay rate, for the Union or the company.

You would think but Nope, the company has refused every turn. Even in the face of a wave of retirements.
Have any of these actions been considered or followed through yet?

Filing Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) Charges with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)**:

- If UPS’s actions constitute bad-faith bargaining or other violations of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the Teamsters can file ULP charges with the NLRB. Examples include refusing to honor contract terms or retaliating against workers for union activity.

Legal Action Through Courts**:

- The Teamsters can file a lawsuit in federal court to enforce the CBA under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA). This is typically pursued if arbitration is exhausted or if UPS refuses to comply with an arbitrator’s ruling.

L O L NLRB good luck. and I do not believe we would be successful with the lawsuit. The company is technically honoring the contract.
