The Med board in AZ is not very nice. Buddy of mine just finished his disability hearing with UPS, it took 5 years. They constantly harassed him showing up at his appointments, taking video an pictures of him no matter where or what he was doing. Its your call but its a rough ride to get there. Also it really doesn't matter what your Dr. say you have to get the Co. Dr. to agree.
