If your state has "no fault" insurance your insurance company will be paying to fix your car anyway. It would be up to your insurance company to go after UPS so they get paid back. Most companies don't work that way. They just raise your rates. Good luck.

When they are going after a company like UPS? Bet your ass they'll pursue it (and raise your rates). I work as an Insurance Specialist in my 7-4 job. Trust me - all of the insurance companies have no problem attempting subrogation against us when one of their insured's vehicles is allegedly damaged by one of our company vehicles.
