OK Krash,
I'm calling you on this one! Let,s see your proof about any of this teamster crap!
You are always asking for proof, so now back up what you are saying.
I happen to be in NC, The APWA leaders home state. In the hubs and centers that have held card signing that are pretty much complete, here are some percentages. Winston Salem-80% signed, hickory- 95%, n. Wilksboro- 100%, Greensboro under way as we speek with signings coming in very strong, Charlotte and Raliegh scheduled to start in the next couple of weeks.
Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but this looks like an APWA win to me.
Krash, thats one lie you told in this thread. Can you give us proof on anything else that you stated, or is it all lies, in an attempt to mislead your brothers and sister at UPS?
Prove they have the #'s liar! Oh that's right, we cant see those results because of that process where you get it but you don't really get it even though its there but not for viewing unless your in the know and make something up and the NLRB waves at you but not him then you knock 3 times and listen for the phone to ring but you cant answer it or it voids the results then you gotta start that whole process of lies and propaganda and hope that know one realizes its all smoke and mirrors and you were once a used car salesman.
OK, I believe I understand now:lol:
You and I both know they don't have there own state. Just because the Grand Poo Ba and friend told you don't make it true.

Big arrow and other apwaers a cant wait for a response that i probably wasnt going to receive anyways. Maybe 2morrow you can conference call each other from ups's conference rooms and decide what lies to tell then. Good night, now type away without worrying about any responses from me til 2morrow night.

Asking why there is no UPS management commenting on this APWA issue sounds like digging for an excuse to me. All I have to say is look at the numbers. The card signing is going great. In fact, it would appear it is going better than great based on the percentage of people signing. I find it hard to believe that those 90%, or better, that are siging the cards are just "ignorant" or "gullable" and that the other 10% are the ones that know what they are doing. Especially when it has happened in more than one hub.
:lol::lol:Man, you missed your calling. You should be writing fairy tale books for little children.
Show us some proof! You don't have the numbers nor the proof but that has yet to stop yall from posting the lies. You remind me of the Nazi regime. They were loosing big time but kept the old propaganda machine rolling telling everyone "we are winning" but in actuality the end was near:thumbup1:

Krash,

What is the deal here? I ask you for proof of your statements and all you can come up with is insults and asking me to prove my statements.
Sounds like I caught you in a lie and you didn't like that!!!!!

OH, by the way, I know these numbers to be factual because I stood at the gate and collected the cards in Winston Salem, and was involved in organizing the other locations. So, you see it wasn't hear-say, I was involved in the collection.

OK, krash and 705, Are you going to prove your statements or just try and change the subject again, or better yet lets just ask them the same questions that they asked us. Ya Ya that's the ticket!!!

sawdusttv....There is no point in arguing with these guyss. It doesn't matter if you give them concrete proof or not. They'll still only respond with the usual brainwashed Teamsters nonsense. Everything is "propaganda" in there eyes. I can tell by the way they respond that they are Teamster.net regulars. They want to play the show me proof game but hey...we can play that game too. Where is the proof that the Teamsters have a solution for our pension problem (That they screwed up by the way). Where is the proof that the APWA IS NOT doing well with the card signing? And the most important question....WHERE is the proof that the APWA is nothing but UPS management trying to bust up the union?

From what I see, most of the anti-APWA people are from areas that have not been affected by the cuts. Most of these areas are under a separate contract that is better than most. The APWA has not tried to get these areas because they still, for now, have it pretty good. I guess if you put yourself in their position, the teamsters are doing their job. It would be hard to understand that the employees of UPS could possibly be smart enough to represent themselves.

What statements have i made without proof? Its a simple request, when your on the outside looking in your the one that has to go the extra mile to prove your point. Remember the teamsters are the incumbent in this fairy tale of yours.

30 what do you mean by representing ourselves? When was the last time you went to a meeting, picnic, or organizing drive?

APWA will be made up of only UPS employees not the 3rd party teamsters just using our money. I have in the past participated in meeting and other teamster functions until THEY abandoned ME.

I only deal with ups agents, and ill go as far and even tell you that our freight agents help out ups quite a bit. We do building sweeps for sups working and other infractions where all of the agents for the local assist. In the past we were neglected and took it in the :censored2:, we grew a set and stood up for what was right, we even attended meetings and voiced our opposition to our treatment. And now after the rebellion we have never had it this good, and the same can be done on the international level!!!!!!!!!

Our local might as well be for Yellow Freight employees only. I know people from our building and a few from two other hubs that went to the hall to put in their paperwork to get out of the IBT and they were all harassed by Yellow freight guys and maybe one UPSer. It's bad enough we all have to share our pension and dues with them and apprently we can't even withdrawl from the union without going through them as well.

But it was okay for them to carry the pension and ups for several decades? If you cant handle a little heat by them how will you inforce the ups contract against the worst employer besides wal mart?

I don't remember saying that I, or anyone else I know, couldn't "take the heat". Nice try though.

Nice way to dodge the questions. It was okay for freight to carry us for several decades? Ill ask another question after this response, im really not trying to confuse, so ill simplify. 1 question at a time.

Several decades? Oh well that excuses everything! LOL. So you take it you are in favor of multi-employer pensions. It's a socialists concept. And in case you didn't learn it in school...SOCIALISM DOESN'T WORK.

Only saw one question. The first sentence. The rest were direct statements. I will answer for him, without his permission. Yes, to your single question.

Now if you disagree with the apwa you must be a plant? Who cares who visits what websites, theres nothing the matter with debating these issue here and now. Keep digging for excuses, but ask yourself why is there no ups management commenting on this apwa issue?

Official management or brown boarders like myself? I don't think the NLRB allows us a lot of leeway on that point?

Tie did you get a call from eskew to come bash the apwa to cover up his involment with them?
No, it is part of the secret plot. All of us in the evil plot have special APWA/UPS decoder rings. We communicate thru this forum. What seems like a simple reply can be easily decoded by us all. We are out there and we are watching and plotting.
