President Trump

I’d call it necessary.

then precedent it has set will make it necessary for every president that follows.

future opposing houses will simply create some bogus impeachment with no laws broken and then demand the senate do the investigation for them.

it will be the new norm

As I said. Probably time to burn it all down.

It is kinda funny watching the hard leftists on my Nextdoor neighborhood wailing about how this is such a difficult, serious and racist time in our nation's history on this solemn MLK Day weekend!

We've got a real dick for a President but things on the ground are actually pretty good for all races of legal US resident right now. Don't let that TDS getcha, FRENS. LOL
I don’t believe in rewardin bad behavior.

And eventually it will turn into something of a parliamentarian system.

Yale Psychiatrist Issues Diagnosis of "Psychotic" for Defending Constitutional Rights

A Yale professor of forensic psychiatry has diagnosed guess who -- yours truly (Alan Dershowitz) -- as suffering from "psychosis" for expressing legal views that happen to be on the Constitutional rights of President Donald Trump. Dr. Bandy Lee has never met me, never examined me, never seen my medical records, and never spoken to anyone close to me. Yet she is prepared to offer a diagnosis of "psychosis" which she attributes to my being one of President Trump's "followers." (I voted for Hillary Clinton and am a liberal Democrat.)

  • Dr. Bandy Lee is literally claiming that we are mentally ill and our views should be considered symptoms of our illness, rather than as legitimate ideas.

  • Publicly offering "professional opinions" or diagnoses in the absence of a psychiatric examination, is a violation of psychiatric ethics and the rules of the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Dr. Lee has a history of such unethical conduct....

  • Her resort to diagnosis rather than dialogue is a symptom of a much larger problem that faces our divided nation -- too many Americans are refusing to engage in reasoned dialogue with people with whom they disagree. Dr. Lee is part of that problem, not its solution.

And then socialism and then the Democrats' real goal, full blown communism. Progressives are pieces of :censored2: garbage human beings.

I'd rather be a "socialist" than a Pepe-loving, Alt Right, Proud Boy Nazi. I've heard the Proud Boys take an oath not to flog the dolphin. No wonder you're so agitated.

OK ... that's a STUP reply!!!
Starr investigated it for 4 years ... Initially chosen as Independent Counsel in 1994, and charged with investigating Bill and Hillary Clinton's pre-presidency financial dealings with the Whitewater Land Company,[1] Ken Starr, with the approval of Attorney General Janet Reno, conducted a wide-ranging investigation of alleged abuses including the firing of White House travel agents, the alleged misuse of FBI files, and Clinton's conduct while he was a defendant in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a former Arkansas state government employee, Paula Jones. In the course of the investigation, Linda Tripp provided Starr with taped phone conversations in which Monica Lewinsky, a former White House Intern, discussed having oral sex with the president. Clinton gave a sworn deposition in the Jones case on January 17, 1998, during which he denied having a "sexual relationship", "sexual affair" or "sexual relations" with Lewinsky. He also denied that he was ever alone with her.

Seven months later, on August 17, Clinton faced a federal grand jury, convened by Ken Starr, to consider whether the president committed perjury in his January deposition, or otherwise obstructed justice, in the Jones case.[2] A much-quoted statement from the deposition shows Clinton questioning the precise use of the word "is", saying, "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the—if he—if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not—that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement".[3] Clinton contended that his January statement that "there's nothing going on between us" had been truthful because he had no ongoing relationship with Lewinsky at the time he was questioned. He also stated that oral sex was not, in his opinion, "sexual relations" within the meaning of that term as adopted in the Jones case.
The Office of the Independent Counsel concluded its four-year-long investigation of the president soon after Clinton's grand jury testimony, and on September 9, 1998, delivered its report to the House Judiciary Committee.

Deflection? The Bidens are buried in blatant corruption and you guys are deflecting

And word on what Rudy's dug up about Hunter's dealings in Ukraine?

Lindsey Graham Invites Rudy Giuliani to Push Biden-Ukraine Conspiracy Theories in Senate Committee

"Giuliani, who was spotted at the White House on Friday, claims that he returned from Ukraine with a suitcase full of documents about the Bidens. Graham said he’s open to hearing from Giuliani at a hearing separate from impeachment.

“We can look at what Rudy's got and Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and anything else you want to look at after impeachment,” Graham said in his Face the Nation appearance. “But if Rudy wants to come to the Judiciary Committee and testify about what he found, he's welcome to do so.”
