I see no evidence that Trump has the leadership ability necessary to get tax reform done by the end of the year.
Republicans were backed up against the wall before Harvey, and time is running out.
The debt ceiling, the budget, down-payment for Harvey relief, and major tax reform? Lulz.
Trump has no idea what tax reform should look like - he has some talking points but that's about it, so he'll leave the heavy lifting to the keystone cop Republicans.
What could go wrong?
