Just saw this newly "PRU 401K" deduction taken out my paycheck this week and was curious as to what exactly it may be... Can anyone give any insight on this?
Going to make 150k this year?Glad they are doing this, strictly for selfish reasons of course.
Nice! Yea I'll keep it just where it is...Newbies are automatically enrolled in the 401k at a 3% contribution rate. You can reduce that to zero or increase it---your choice.
My advice? Keep it at 3% for now. You won't even notice it.
Nah, I'm going to be lucky to break 115k. Trying to get under the threshold for HCE and I have a two week trip overseas planned that I'd otherwise work through.Going to make 150k this year?
I don't know how you do it

HCE? What's that?Nah, I'm going to be lucky to break 115k. Trying to get under the threshold for HCE and I have a two week trip overseas planned that I'd otherwise work through.
Also, this will automatically increase 1% each year up to a certain percentage...off the top of my head I do not remember. 6-8-10%? Something in that range.
It's something you should add to everytime you get a raise from here on out.Just saw this newly "PRU 401K" deduction taken out my paycheck this week and was curious as to what exactly it may be... Can anyone give any insight on this?
At leastThanks for the reminder, get a raise next week and need to add that 1%...
I believe a bright horizon fund. What do they invest the automatic contributions in?
