I've asked my steward and have searched around and can't find the answer. I don't know if I'm blind or what, I can't seem to find definitive language on it. What should my holiday rate be if I signed a bid to run the air shuttle to the airport from our center? I get paid an hour of in the building rate every night while I load my truck then the rest is my normal air rate. But if I have the bid as an air driver doesn't it make sense for my holiday pay to be my air rate? I can understand if there is specific language in the contract limiting PT air driver holiday pay to all in the building rate but I've just been having a hard time finding out what the rule is. Anyone have any info? Thanks for reading.
