In your supplement it says you don't get OT if it's a second shift but it also defines a second shift. Contact your BA asap for clarification.

Don't take that as you don't get OT. They may be purposely coding you that way when they shouldn't. I'd call your BA but it's up to you.

I am still definitely going to call. I just feel that since they are giving me the unnecessary ‘lunch’ it will be their way to justify the non OT.

Here we are under strict instruction from the regional manager that we are to only get our guaranteed three and a half and not a second more.
Not sure what the deal is with that but that's what he said. Of course it isn't feasible.

Theyre splitting ur shift to avoid ot pay.
Or minimize it.
Youre part time, u get 10 minutes break. They pay u every minute there. Dont punch out until you go home.
