You do realize that full time management no longer has retirement? They do however match your 401k. If your in your 20s, that would be the way to go.
 
I would finish or get my degree if I were you and get out. The quality of life is better elsewhere. There is no place for people in management who want to start a young family. The divorce rate is very high as well as it is for being chemically dependent. Do what you want but when you have the years under your belt you'll see what I'm talking about. This place isn't part of Gods plan. Good luck
