Hi I'm newly hired as a seasonal helper and I have a question about my Time Card Viewer. What does it mean when it says, "Called In"?

    Thanks

Did you call off work or call in sick?

Call in (see no. 5) means to communicate via telephone, typically with some larger unit like one's place of work.

It means you can’t follow instructions and used your own name on an anonymous Internet forum and now, you’re fired.

    Question About Time Card Viewer

Do you expect different answers this time?
This country is doomed if this is the caliber of person that is entering the work force.

Okay I won't ask again, so it means that I didn't show up for work and I called in.

No clue. Call in sick and test if you get it again.

If it is pay then in certain locals, you get a daily salary by being on-call but not being used for a day. The pay might be listed as call-in.
