California is broke !! I sure as hell hope the Jacksons aren't planning on using police escorts for that 90 mile drive to Neverland!!

They better be paying for private security!!

Its amazing how everyone is jumping out of the wood pile saying what a great man he was. I'm sorry-- if you have to bed down with 8-10 year old boys you are NOT a great man. You are sick. There I said it -- sue me:angry:

I remember a Columbo 2 hour episode where johnny cash played the murderer/country singer. At the end where cash is arrested by columbo, they get into his car and one of Johnny's songs are playing. Columbo says "for a guy who can sing like that , you can't be all bad"

I heard on CNN that when the autopsy was performed he was weighed at 113 lbs and had needle marks all over his arms. Just wait a few weeks, soon enough the tabloids will have pictures of him on the autopsy table.

I never bought the child abuser/molester angle ... I'm like you, he was just weird and not of the normal world. Life in a bubble.
I think he liked kids because they are innocent, not conniving and non-judgmental - they accepted him for what he was ... the same way that Jesus talked about kids.
It appeared that a great number of adults in his life were manipulative, controlling and the public was certainly judgmental.

I agree 100%
Thanks Hoax!

Looks like the memorial will be at the Staples Center on Tuesday.....just 1 week and 5 days after his death..

Good thing the B-Ball season is over or Kobe & company would have to hurdle over the coffin while dribbling the ball. :happy2:

The report I heard on CNN was that Michael weighed 113 lbs, no food found in stomach, only pills and the needle marks were around his heart where they tried to resuscitate him.

Hubby checked on E-Bay this morning to see if anyone was selling tickets to Michael Jackson's Memorial. One guy was selling 2 tickets for $2 million. Some were for sale in the $100,000.00 range. They have all since been removed probably because the tickets actually say "not for re-sale" on them. Idiot people always trying to make big bucks!!

I saw all the mass of cars on TV waiting to get into Dodger Stadium just to pick up their tickets.....what a circus. Speaking of circus, I understand that the Ringling Bros. circus opens at the Staples Center the day after Michael's memorial.....how fitting.

I watched the entire memorial and it was nice. I got a little teary-eyed when Mariah Carey sang "I'll Be There".

Al Sharpton got a little political (mentioning the black president), but the ending of his talk was OK.

Angelinos behaved....the # of people was a lot less that they had expected.

It was a nice event. I'm glad I wasn't a commuter on the 101 between 8 &9 this morning...they closed it for the caravan.

I didn't see any of the memorial on tv today but then again I would never sit around on a beautiful summer day watching the boob tube. I predict that some of his misic will be around for a long time but he won't ever be a legend like Elvis. Neverland won't become another Graceland. He had too many skeletons in his closet for any sane person to worship.
