Obviously, he just throws those parts of the Bible out that he doesn’t want to follow.

He won’t answer how he knows Jesus or who he is without the Bible because he knows he can’t.
I thought it ironic that he says the Bible isn't the blueprint and then immediately almost quotes a verse.

My human nature tells me getting rid of the Bible as the blueprint would be a lot easier for me.

But my human nature also tells me skipping dinner and having dessert would also be pretty sweet!

Ultimately, it’s a good way to be very unhealthy and die on both accounts.

You have no idea what spirit you surrendering to. You have no measuring stick except your own understanding which we all know man’s understanding is not very good.

I don’t need luck

Interestingly, enough, you still haven’t explained to me how you would know who Jesus Christ was and what he did for you without the Bible.
Yes I do. Spiritual principles are the measuring stick of the Spirit of God.

I’ll good Grace then because I know everyone needs grace.

all of who Christ is and has done has been revealed to me by my father in heaven.

Why ironic?

I have admitted the Bible is a part of my religious life. I firmly believe spiritual princess of of God and lessons can be learned from the reading of the Bible. I just find equating the Bible, a religious book with a perfect God is something that I cannot do.

Yeah, but you just made that up. That’s not at all how this works.. you don’t go to heaven because you’re sincere In what YOU believe.
I meant sincere to your belief to God nor man. You must be sincere to God. He sees right through any and all internet hyjinx. He already knows your points of unbelief.

You are discounting it as God's guide for us. No one is saying the Bible is the equivalent of God. But I'm 100% saying without the Bible we wouldn't know about God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. We are not in direct communication with God.

I do find it useful for instruction.

Yes you are.

That is just not true.

The Father reveals not the Bible.

It is my experience and observation that it is contingent upon one’s faith as to the nearness and the intimate conversation that happens between the believer and God.

I suspect if one doesn’t believe and have the faith that they will hear from God, it is unlikely that they will hear and very clearly. If you open up to the idea that he wants to speak to you and believe that he will I suspect he will hear him more clearly.

Don’t take my word for it sincerely try it see what happens.
