Luckily for us you've got it all figured out as to which parts are good to follow and which parts must be ignored because unlike you, speaking directly to God, the writers were just men. Who were they to tell us anything? Obtuse enough for you?
God spoke to them as He speaks to me, I never denied this.

He speaks to you too, but you think He only speaks to you from a book.

They were just men, true.

They were imperfect too.

They were inspired to write. Many Christians have been and still are inspired to write about God and their understanding of God.

Yes, obtuse enough.

Faith is an all important spiritual principle, that is what I believe.

For those on this thread who put their faith exclusively in the Bible, as being the exclusive means by which God speaks to man today; where does your faith in the Bible alone originate?

Equating yourself with an apostle, telling us you have the right to say an apostle, chosen by Jesus no less, is wrong because you personally want things called sin to be ok to do with no consequences, is honestly the most self centered thing I've ever seen by someone claiming to be a Christian. Submit to God's will, and if you or your friends are violating anything in that "book" that God gave us then you aren't submitting to his will. None of us are perfect, we all sin, but we aren't in charge and don't have the right to decide which part of the Bible we won't follow.

Your reply proves you do what you fault me for doing.

Follow the Spirit not the written code.

I'm trying to follow the guide given us in it's entirety. Are you?
But you would have to admit it would certainly be easier for you to throw out the parts of the Bible you don’t agree with that suits you, and then tell everyone you have a personal connection to the Holy Spirit that tells you that that is perfectly fine.

It’s a genius really. There’s no consequences against it, until there is a consequence……

The beaver's back too. Unless he has already been banned again.
Wait, who’s the beaver? I need to make sure I understand so I can celebrate.

It’s important for Brown café to have these Trolls available for us to make fun of.

Oh, and this is the religious thread so
thank you Jesus!

With people buying that being led astray.
