Please describe the great commission in your own words.
I generally ascribe the great commission to those called as evidenced by their spiritual gifting and not necessarily for all believers as most teaching I have heard of late.

I see the great commission as the call of Jesus to go out and spread the word of the gospels to those around us and to make disciples of them through salvation (and baptism), and then help them start them on their journey to live their life according to His will and then lead others to Christ also. My curiosity of my asking is how you view it

I think it would probably do everyone well to hear, believe and obey the Great Commission exactly like Jesus commanded it.
"And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."
Might want to think about what gospel you have believed and are teaching others.
