And if it does go under just like any other pension funds there are some government guarantees on them
Some? Right, but there is a reason for that. I don’t care what anyone says is or isn’t guaranteed, I know enough to know that nothing is ever guaranteed in life. That’s also why it says the pension is only guaranteed for 36 mos. On my statement that comes in the mail. I was just giving the guy a reason as to why you would take the lump sum. Because it literally says on the statement, only guaranteed for 36 mos.

There's no survivorship options for you?
I have four choices

A 10-year certain payout
A 50% survivorship option
A 75% survivorship option
For 100% survivorship option
But each one of those comes with a cost
