Safety Audit/Ketter question?

So my district must be the only one that has a ton of LBGT running it now? Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with their personal preferences but when a company uses people that don't have children or family obligations because they have no clue what it is like to miss a ball game, birthday or simply spend time with your kids I have a problem with that. But who better to buy into that then right??
