Management without Integrity contributes greatly to this.Yet, it's always hourlys getting into accidents or injured because of not following the methods.... But it's always managements fault right?
Yes,As per our safety training, personal responsibility is the foundation for all of our CHSP stuff.
However. Management commitment is next most important.
Management is only committed to safety directly after someone has had an accident.
