Wait, so the computer takes 168 stops/175 miles and says that it is a 9.7 day? That would only be possible if the package car could fly. Is there a reason the software doesn't work like it does Monday through Friday?

The OrioN software thinks that there are no traffic, allowing you to open up that package car's maximum speed to ludicrous speed like this:

I'm a preloader with a second Monday through Friday job. Now I won't have 2 days off. I know I'm being a baby, I'll get over it just wanted to vent. There is a lot of people with seniority that actually want the tursday though sat so with any luck ill get my old schedule back. I'm new so I'm in no position to really complain lol.

Our PDS has a little twerpy assistant that comes in and practices effing things up on Saturdays so the real maroon can stay M-friend.
I love the Monday's where it is my turn. Out by noon or 1PM, go home and take a nap on the couch, and chill out the rest of the day.

If I didn't hate preload so much I'd hop on that job in a heartbeat.

We've been having ORS rotate dispatching Mondays and our dispatcher works T-S.

Our ORS has no idea how to even use DPS or DMS and no interest in learning how to use either one... I asked today how our center plans to operate once we go to Saturdays and was given the answer well can't you do Monday-Saturday Dispatching .. I said sure being as I always work 40+ hours every week anyway and live straight across from the center...

My center manager wouldn't let me get promoted until I knew it, and it really should be that way

Learning dispatch made me a better sup. I understand the whole area a lot better and know who has what.
