From what I’ve seen you still have to keep it trimmed. Had a Muslim dude in my training class, had his beard less than an inch.

Where I’m at it’s what we call the harrassment rides. Haven’t seen one happen in a year or so. They used to ride with you 3 days in a row and try to get you for anything they could. Happen to me a couple times during my first year.

You should have filed a grievance for everyday they rode with you.
