I did a whole 3 days for my initial school. A week for on road class, and it looks like two weeks of Integrad in my near future.

Lmao have fun with intergrad. I've talked to a number of sups that say they would of much rather delivered for 2 weeks.

They paid me 25.00 an hour plus mileage when I went. Got paid for 40 hours too even though the last day of class was about 2 hours long.

I think instead of class just let them ride with some circle of honor drivers. I learned more from that guy who is now retired happily, then any sup.

I pick and choose my battles well but I've read it a few times just to keep updated.

We are lucky that right now we have a "fair" center manager and 1 decent on road out of the bunch.

When we get "difficult"ones, well it gets used ALOT

Air drivers cannot deliver ground. If they deliver ground they make tcd rate which is 28.xxhr

Knowing these soft ass kids now and days try prob don't even file for it

As an air driver in the south supplement, if you deliver just 1 ground package you are entitled to tcd rate for the whole day.

You have to pick your battles as a part time cover driver. When you go full time then you can change your attitude and file on anything but being part time its best not to cause a stir over some things or you will be part time forever

If you're labeled an air driver, you don't earn seniority towards TCD if they take you out and show you how to run airs. That's not how it works. You have to be a TCD classification to earn days towards your seniority
