What did we lose?? If youre in a union just for the good paying job, then maybe you lost nothing...but if you’re in a union because the voice and power of the many can overcome the voice of the one against power and tyranny of a giant corporation trying to pay you the least while making the most for their shareholders, you are losing alot. Which union are you in??

Who would you want to have the catch up raise?

Anyone who is currently at $13.00+ from years of seniority. I personally started at $8.50. A lot of higher seniority part-timers did.

I think its BS that vacations max out at 25 years! Everyone should be getting another week every 5 years, no matter how long they have been here! Example; 30 years would be at 7 weeks. 35 years would be at 8 weeks.
