Thanks i dont expect to scratch but i expected to do better than 3-4 over

Iam gonna tell you the same thing my first center manager told me way back in 1982.

After my first week of failing miserably

Pull your panties up and either get it done or move on. I've got a hole line of people that would love a shot

I thought to my self friend* you ya prick From that day on I kicked ass

Its only been 3 days on my own so far.

Relax.

Just do the job and follow the methods.

And don't hit anything.

U aren't going to scratch the first week :D

Unless you were an air driver, with experience in driving and using the DIAD

between 15-20 days is when you should reasonably expect to see scratch.

Anything past 20 days and you are still 1 hr+ over.... There's something wrong

with the time study.

What should I do with mis loads during my 30 days I feel like I should not be delivering them and I don't have any contact information for the other driver I've had for in 2 days and I usually just bring them back

Communicate with the center.

Send it in on the DIAD and then call.

The last thing you want, is to be DQ'd for rolling packages.

A misload could be a salt. (just to see what you will do)

If the center has you run them, record the time, address, excess miles, etc.

Making your own decision to just bring them back, never works out.

They are in pockets then there is a elderly home home that is in the middle of a business road. That is one of four elderly homes and thier elevators are so slow and the steps are on the sides not the entrances

Does this mean you deliver to the separate rooms in the nursing homes?

Okay so i checked the actual numbers and its not 80/20...~40 busineeses and 90 resi with about 65 miles. I am just not sure how i can run this more efficiently. Any thoughts? I run pickups from 4 to 5. I try to run some resi with the businesses
Only 40 commercial? How many pieces do you average a day? 1 route I run easily gets 60-70 commercial and goes out with 280-300 pieces a day which sucks. 65 miles isn't too bad
