Legalize Pot, but give any employer the right to terminate any employee who tests positive. Put part of the cost in testing programs whereas any employer can test for free whenever they wish. No employee can refuse to test, they can be fired if they refused.

Raise fines and penalties severely for anyone caught driving under the influence of marijuana or found to have open marijuana in a vehicle. Caught driving stoned and you are losing the car and your license.

Just like alcohol ... sounds good to me.
They are close to developing a true "Under The Influence" field testing like with alcohol.

Only difference would be if you test postive for using pot, an employer can instantly terminate. If you work at a place that doesn't allow, you can never use.

That's because there is currently no test for "Under the influence" for cannabis although Colorado is testing one.
Once it is legalized then all the limits on cannabis will be just like alcohol.
