There wasn't a fence line once the rioters broke through.
I did not see a sign on the fence saying "No Trespassing" ... maybe I missed it.

The fence was 3 ft tall and entering federal property without screening is trespassing. The only public access is through the visitors center.

While I was watching it live, the news reporters were saying it was illegal to enter the Capital grounds from the direction the protesters were. They kept referring to an incident that a man was taken down years ago for jumping the fence and entering from that direction.

It’s not the courts job to research his case. He brought multiple cases to court and it was proven over and over that he doesn’t have enough evidence to proceed. Pretty straight forward.
