Anyway,
RTW can't kill a union operating in a hostile work environment. Corruption, collusion with the company, and nonsupport of the membership rots the backbone of members involvement quicker than anything imo.
I've seen it first hand.
The rats run free in the dark. Turn the lights on and get a big club.

I've seen a physical copy of the Constitution from 1952 and the 2/3 rule was in there.
I saw another source online that said 1940, I haven't confirmed it's accurate, but 100% certain it was in place as early as 1952. The 50% part was added in 1991.
