Supervisors now have a weekly quota on warning letters?

UnionStrong

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
That is pretty good. I wish we had that.
But then you’d have to live in Ohio….

Theyve always had a quota. I had an on road in package that absolutely despised the company. Yearly safety ride spends the entire day bashing everyone. During the course of conversation tells me center manager said before we left, you better find 5 things wrong with his his methods. At the end of the day who gives a 💩, you can wipe your behind with their warning letters. They mean diddly squat.

Warning letters aren’t meaningless.

Always file a grievance to protest every one.

If you don’t…. They will stand, as the first step of discipline.
I just got a questionable warning letter and my steward advised to sign RTS and said I can`t grieve a warning letter.

Not in Ohio. All warning letters are automatically protested and held in abeyance in regard to subsequent discipline.

This time you owe me.
Many warning letters are trivial for sure. I had sups tell me I was getting one, a few days later when things cooled, it went away.

So do the suit monkeys focus on the clowns digging their own holes, or is it business as usual? Abeyance just delays the inevitable.
