Nothing if you’re up for the fight. I’ll be the first to tell you that’s always been me, but they’re gonna have a hard time finding me doing things they could get me for.
I know the people I represent and I know the ones who I should give advice to about ruffling feathers and the ones who should probably keep their head down.
Most of them are people like Dave who cut corners all the time and think management is their friends.
They’re only your friend until they don’t need you anymore.

Very true that a majority of guys live in glass houses and shouldn't be throwing stones but if everybody just does their best to keep their head down and no one was fights the boss they'll walk all over us

I agree, but that’s why I tell people the methods are your friend use them. Then you can fight and they really can’t do much to you.
If you’re sloppy, they can have a lot of time to find that.

Always been that way. Had an on road in package that despised the company. Spent the whole entire safety ride one time bad mouthing center manager. Told me before we left center manager told him you better find 5 things wrong that he does. Warning letters are good for one thing, if you run low on toilet paper.Our supervisor just informed us as of today there is now a weekly quota for warning letters they issue to drivers.
Is anyone else’s center doing this?
My sup was asking a person on their way out (retirement) if he could just give them a warning letter to hit his weekly quota.

There is no warning letter quota.
Protested or RTS’d warning letters somehow magically appear at panel.
