..........''delegate''is your business agent , he get a 2 pension paid by the teamsters us, beside the 1 pension as a UPS employee 1+1=2 retirement pension.

The only way a BA would be considered a "delegate" to anything....

is if they were elected a "delegate" to the IBT convention.

At most.... they would get their respective pension, plus maybe a small severance

from a Joint Council or area Teamster Conference, for being an elected official.
