Presumably it should also apply to loading in huts/doghouses/whatever they're called locally? You know, those things with cutouts for package cars to back up to, 5 on each side? After all, they are essentially slightly wider trailers. If there is a person loading packages on each side, they're not 6 feet apart when they're sorting the stuff that comes into the hut.
