No, a few RINOS from blue States backed out. The rest voted as they did before. Nice twisting, Chubby Checker would be proud.

It was crippled with removing the required mandate. People are no longer require to buy into garbage coverage with high premiums.
You did actually read my post, right? IWBF made it sound like the Repubs backed away from their promises when in fact it was a few. Including one senator who felt insulted by Trump over his war record. We still got the mandate abolished and Ocare is falling apart on it's own so it'll have to do.
It remains the law of the land because republicans are afraid to remove it. They'd like to just not fund it but that doesn't make it go away. It's still there for future administrations to fund and administer.

It wasn't crippled at all. The cost to the government just went up and a funding mechanism was taken away. Fiscal responsibility at its finest.

Tax bills aren't itemized at the federal level, not sure how you made up that number.
