The first amendment only applies to the government limiting speech. If you start a website and decide you don’t want me on it, you can ban me. There’s nothing I can do. What you are describing should never happen in America.

The courts have already ruled common carriers are places of public accommodation and should be required to be neutral conveyors of other people's speech.
The idea that at&t with 80 million customers is a common carrier, but Facebook with almost 3 billion isn't, is complete idiocy.
