Before we had this vote my local president told us that any new 22.3 will be phased out in favor for the 22.4. Has anyone else locals said the same.
Which one is it? The last, or for 5 years? Make up your mind? I think whoever told you this is cluelessWell he said for next five years no more “new” ones.

The posted answer from the ibt said "many of these new jobs will most likely be 22.4 jobs".Yeah but the 22.4 make the company more money
I get red circle for the whole 4yrs of 22.3 progressionThe posted answer from the ibt said "many of these new jobs will most likely be 22.4 jobs".
There you have it in black and white.
But the 22.4 jobs wont "make the company more money" as much as over the life span of a 22.4 career they will save them a ton of money and the more they implement the more the savings.
When your job gets "red circled" it's like comparing it to a protected species. You may become extinct. Fyi.
(Note the number of red circled part timers still working.)
With the staffing issues major hubs are experiencing...22.3s aren’t going anywhere.
If anything more will be brought on in hard hit areas
They likely won’t be creating any new 22.3. The existing amount has to remain the same. Before we had this vote my local president told us that any new 22.3 will be phased out in favor for the 22.4. Has anyone else locals said the same.
